We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of item delivery date for a full refund or exchange. For any item(s) purchased between December10 to December 31, we extend our return period to 30 days from delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Custom orders can be returned for store credit only, and as per above return dates. Store credit is valid within one year of original delivery date.
All shipping fees are not refundable. All items must be shipped fully insured against damage and/or loss in transit. All shipping, handling and insurance charges must be prepaid. We will issue refund one to two business days after we receive item(s).
Please note that above guarantee does not apply to any item that has been damaged or altered (by a jeweler or other) from its original form.
Some of our items will ship with a sealed tag(s) for your protection and ours. These items are identified and highlighted as such in that item's description. For refunds and returns on these items, the item must also be returned with its unbroken and untampered sealed tag(s).
